1. Make sure you are on the LOWER LEVEL BAGGAGE CLAIM AREA
2. After claiming your luggage IDENTIFY the exit door you are near
3. Call 708-687-3900 to let us know the exit door
4. We'll give you the license plate # and description of your vehicle
5. Proceed to the second curb to wait for your vehicle to pull up
BAGGAGE MEETS
If you have arranged for a baggage meet, proceed to the baggage carousel designated for your flight, even if you only have carry on or no luggage to claim. Your chauffeur will meet you there with a sign with your name on it. If you do not see your chauffeur, please call us immediately.
