2. We will give you the license plate number and description of the vehicle. The chauffeur will come from the parking area to the curb at that exit door. This process is generally 10 minutes or less, depending on airport traffic and which terminal you are in. Sometimes it can take slightly longer. If traffic or traffic management issues arise, we will contact you. In inclement weather we will advise you to wait inside. Your chauffeur will call you as he approaches the exit door so you are not left standing in the elements.
3. When your chauffeur arrives at the curb, they will open the door for you and load your luggage into the trunk.
