Our chauffeurs along with those within our network, have successfully completed The City of Chicago Public Chauffeur licensing program, which is reviewed and must be renewed annually, as well as background checks and drug testing.

In today's world, we now must be diligent with not only the driving capabilities of our chauffeurs, but with everyone on our staff to ensure that sensitive and confidential information stays secure. This is why we have chosen to use the reservation management system that is considered top-of-the-line by industry professionals and used in 46 countries delivering over 10 million successful rides in 2014 alone.

In fact, it is the only ground transportation service PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant software verified by the payment card industry. Complying with mandated 12 core requirements from physical security to encryption. This system is continually monitored, backed up and upgraded.
